Original carved fireplaces, ornate ceilings and cornices, Victorian tiled flooring, refinished wooden floors and many Scottish touches add to the charm.
Enjoy the sunny Conservatory with its ball chair and which overlooks the enclosed cottage garden, wonderful in summer and during the Edinburgh festival.
Our holiday rentals include linens and towels and other luxuries such as hairdryers, movie DVDs, Wii and games (Villa only), and complimentary highspeed wireless internet connections for your laptop (Royal Mile apartment has a dongle).
There is parking at the Villa and the Quartermile apartment and we can provide you with a parking permit for the Garden Flat (ask for details).
This is now the 4th year for the Villa as a holiday rental, the 2nd year for the Garden Flat, and the 1st year for the Quartermile. We have received great reviews, many quoted here on our website.
