- The Villa is 10 minutes by bus to Princes St, the Castle, or be dropped off on the Royal Mile.

- *The Royal Mile apartment does not have a dryer and internet is by dongle connection

Edinburgh Holiday Rental - Availability
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
Deposit: A deposit of 30% is required when booking your vacation (unless booking 8 weeks or less before the reservation, in which case full payment must be made at the time of booking). The balance of the rental cost and the security deposit will be required 8 weeks prior to your rental period commencing*. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card via Paypal in GBP. Guests who do not pay their final rental by the due date may lose their booking and their deposit.
*All August bookings must be cancelled at least 6 months ahead of check in for refund of deposit.
The party leader agrees to accept full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of their party during the occupation of the house, and confirms that the full cost of repair or replacement will be met.
Excluding August (see above) our cancellation policy allows 100% of the deposit refunded if cancelled at least 12 weeks prior to check-in. 50% of deposit refunded if reservation cancelled at least 8 weeks prior to check-in. No deposit refunds for 8 weeks or less.
